As a Full Time Sales Associate, you will represent TELUS, Rogers, Koodo, Fido, and Chatr solutions. You will support customers through the sales process while managing CRM prospects, promotions, devices, accessories, and store operations. The role reports to the Store Manager and includes commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage mall shoppers through each step of the sales process
- Create prospective client lists using the CRM tool
- Offer personalized, unbiased advice and customer experiences
- Manage inventory, cash, point-of-sale, and inventory systems
- Complete kiosk operations,
merchandising, training, and cleanliness tasks
Requirements:
- Availability for 32 to 40 hours weekly
- Customer-facing retail or hospitality experience using point-of-sale systems
- Evening and weekend availability during mall hours
- Wireless retail or commission sales experience is an asset
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds and stand extensively
