Pursuit seeks a full time, year round Night Auditor for Mount Royal Hotel. You will process overnight arrivals and departures, manage reservations, and provide attentive guest service. The position uses Maestro PMS for nightly audits and reports while supporting hotel safety and security. You will also share room status and guest information with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete nightly audits and reports through Maestro PMS
- Balance cash, debit, credit transactions, and related reports
- Process arrivals, departures, room charges, and payments
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations




- Resolve minor complaints and refer major concerns appropriately

Requirements:

- Previous Front Desk or Night Auditor experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently or within a larger team
- Calm demeanor and conflict resolution skills
- Solid organization and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and sanitizing standards
