This Personal Support Worker position focuses on helping clients with personal care and Activities of Daily Living. You will execute Care Designer care plans, provide companionship, support mobility and prescribed exercises, and protect client safety. Dementia experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow and execute client care plans as designed
- Provide companionship and personal care to clients
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living within scope
- Ensure client safety and proper equipment use
- Support clients with dementia and responsive behaviors

Requirements:

- Recognized caregiver education program enrollment or completion
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- TB skin test or chest X-ray within required timeframe
- Two qualified professional references
- Experience with dementia is an asset
