Welcome holiday shoppers as a Seasonal Client Ambassador at Hillberg & Berk’s Midtown store in Saskatoon. Use retail service skills during the peak season.
This client-facing seasonal contract supports Hillberg & Berk’s store team throughout the holidays. You will help clients find jewellery, process purchases, wrap gifts, replenish merchandise, and maintain visual standards. The work combines customer service with physical, detail-heavy store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and help them find jewellery they love
- Receive shipments and replenish the sales floor
- Keep the stockroom accurate and organized
- Wrap and package gifts with care and speed
- Operate POS and maintain store visual standards
Requirements:
- One to two years of retail or similar experience
- Comfort standing full shifts and lifting cartons
- Availability evenings, weekends, Black Friday, and Boxing Day
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use a step stool
