Serve bowling guests at Ed’s Bowling by selling lanes, answering inquiries, and providing rental equipment with friendly customer service.

As a Bowling Counter Attendant, you will admit guests to bowling lanes and billiards areas while supporting several Ed’s Bowling departments. The work includes lane payments, shoe rentals, phone inquiries, attraction information, and sanitation. Cross-training may include Alien Outbreak Escape Room, Ed’s Lounge, and Billiards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell bowling lanes and assign guests to lanes
- Receive lane payments and distribute bowling shoes
- Provide bumpers and special needs bowling equipment
- Answer phone calls and respond to lane inquiries




- Support departments through cross-training at Ed’s Bowling

Requirements:

- Friendly, cheerful personality when serving the public
- Willingness to learn Ed’s Bowling processes and skills
- ProServe certification or willingness to complete required training
- Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- Adaptable availability and ability to pass basic security clearance
