Working under a Supervisor, you will follow care plans and provide services within the provincial scope of practice. Duties include bathing, skin care, feeding, positioning, basic wound care, medication reminders, and oxygen assistance. You will document conditions, report changes, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care according to established care plans
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Perform trained, client-specific procedures within demonstrated competency




- Document conditions and report unusual changes promptly
- Implement infection prevention and health safety practices

Requirements:

- Graduate from an accredited Personal Support Worker Program
- Knowledge of community nursing principles and practices
- Knowledge of personal care service delivery
- At least one year of recent similar experience
- Maintain current competency for specialized procedures
