Support production and packaging operations at Agropur on the Monday-to-Friday night shift, using procedures, quality checks, and sanitation practices. This regular position runs from 11 PM to 7 PM.

As a Production Associate, you will help maintain protected, consistent operations on production and packaging lines. The work includes following Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and company and O.H.S.A. guidelines. You will also complete documentation, monitor product quality, and support sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow operating procedures and safe machinery guidelines
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Assist line leaders with prompt production start-ups
- Monitor product and package appearance at pack-off




- Complete sanitation, cleanup, and coworker support tasks

Requirements:

- General knowledge of production and packaging line operations
- Basic math skills and reading comprehension
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
