Support Clintar’s winter operations as a Heavy Equipment Operator, combining snow clearing, de-icing, and accurate site protection. This on-call assignment responds to changing winter conditions, including overnight events and holidays.

You will operate equipment at commercial, industrial, and institutional properties while maintaining safe, clean work sites. The position requires prompt responses, accurate LMN reporting, and communication with supervisors and dispatch. John Deere 6150 and 5100 tractor experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to freezing rain and snow events
- Perform de-icing and clear designated site areas
- Maintain safe, clean work sites throughout shifts
- Communicate progress, delays, conditions,



and equipment issues
- Submit daily timesheets through the LMN application

Requirements:

- Farm tractor experience in snowy conditions is advantageous
- John Deere 6150 or 5100 experience is preferred
- Availability on call throughout winter, including holidays
- Active smartphone data plan for LMN access
- Alert, fit-for-duty approach without impairment
