This 24-month Associate Program is designed for recent graduates building a leadership pipeline within Compliance. You will support regulatory compliance risk, conduct research, advise internal teams, and contribute to monitoring, testing, and process improvements. Rotations may include Regulatory Change, Privacy, FATCA, Canadian Banking, Wealth, Insurance, and Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide research, analysis, advisory, and operational compliance support
- Contribute to projects across four six-month rotations
- Recommend enhancements to departmental processes




- Build relationships across Risk groups
- Share learnings and network with Associates

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree, graduating May 2025 through May 2027
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Excel and Tableau
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and demonstrated presentation skills
- Ability to manage confidential information discreetly
