Key Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue and review business and people results
- Support talent sourcing, selection, onboarding, and development
- Lead service training and product demonstrations for customers




- Execute visual merchandising and membership program initiatives
- Maintain operational, inventory, cash, and safety standards

Requirements:

- Demonstrated service excellence in a consumer workplace
- Success driving sales and interpreting sales reports
- Experience creating plans for business success
- Experience supervising retail stores, recruiting, and training
