The Christmas Kettle Coordinator oversees several locations within a geographical zone. You will organize, direct, and supervise campaign workers and volunteers while ensuring adequate staffing. The work includes scheduling, donation security, site support, and communication with supervisors. You will also answer donor questions about Salvation Army ministries and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support staff and volunteers throughout the campaign
- Coordinate schedules and respond to emergency absences
- Deliver and retrieve kettles from daily locations




- Secure donations and submit required campaign records
- Visit sites and maintain positive location relationships

Requirements:

- One year of related or customer service experience
- Some high school coursework; completion is an asset
- Office administration and Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Valid Ontario Class G licence, vehicle, and insurance
- Solid communication, integrity, adaptability, and customer service skills
