As an intermediate Advisor Lead, you will support store management with shift oversight across your assigned department and other store areas. You will supervise execution of visual merchandising, pricing, restocking, seasonal changeover, inventory, and signing. The position also includes mentoring part-time team members, supporting sales goals, and promoting Triangle loyalty and company programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Model active selling behaviors and techniques for store team members
- Supervise visual merchandising, pricing, restocking, and seasonal changeover




- Mentor and coach part-time team members

- Manage store operations during management absences

Requirements:

- Six or more months of retail experience
- Ability to build and manage daily department and store plans
- Experience training and mentoring employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for active, healthy living
