Lead the Black Jack Ski Club as a Head Coach for the Skier Development Program in Rossland, British Columbia. Bring energy and positivity while mentoring athletes and coaches every season.As the Head Coach, you will report directly to the Director of Skier Development, overseeing the planning and execution of a comprehensive training program. Your role includes creating individualized athlete training plans and managing technical aspects of the club's programs for Racers, Jackrabbits, and Track Attack.



Collaboration and communication with other coaches are vital to enhancing the program's offerings.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver tailored athlete training programsSupport the Skier Development Director with technical adviceMentor fellow coaches and maintain communication with external coachesOrganize camps, races, and events in collaboration with the teamProvide leadership during races including logistics and coaching supportRequirements:NCCP Competition Coaching: Development certification preferred1-2 years of experience in lead coaching rolesBackground in athlete development at provincial/national levelsEligible for a class 4 BC driver's licenseBe a part of building a skiing community at Black Jack Ski Club by fostering athlete development and collaboration among coaches.
