Operate material handling equipment at Lineage during afternoon or evening shifts, moving products safely throughout the warehouse and onto trucks.
This Warehouse Generalist position supports pallet movement, storage, picking, and shipping activities. You will use forklifts, computerized work orders, and Radio Frequency scanning equipment. The work includes following regulatory and company safety standards while handling products and materials in varying storage temperatures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Put palletized units into racks above floor height
- Pick palletized units for outbound shipment
- Load and unload pallets, skids, and lifting devices
- Complete daily forklift maintenance and inspection checks
- Clean and organize the warehouse throughout shifts
Requirements:
- Identify products using pallet numbers and scanning
- Demonstrate basic math skills
- Lift a minimum of 40 pounds or 18 kilograms
- Work adaptable shifts, including weekends if needed
- Work safely in varying temperatures and noise levels
