As Sports League Operations and Growth Coordinator, you will own programs from planning through sales, launch, execution, customer experience, and growth. You will coordinate people remotely while using spreadsheets and operational systems. The work requires practical sports operations experience, fluent English, personal accountability, and sustained involvement in sport.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess demand, prepare budgets, and coordinate venues and permits
- Convert player and captain enquiries into paid registrations
- Coordinate staff, referees, coaches, equipment, and game readiness




- Build partnerships, support campaigns, and develop new programs
- Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy, and retention

Requirements:

- Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, or facilities
- Sustained passion for sport demonstrated through real involvement
- Robust organization and numerical skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Based in Toronto or Mississauga, Ontario
