K.E.I, a locally owned franchise of McDonald’s Restaurants, is hiring Morning/Weekday Crew Members. No experience is needed, although food service or retail experience as a cashier, barista, server, or sales associate helps. The work supports an exceptional guest experience across the front counter, kitchen, and Drive-Thru.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and take their orders
- Process payments at the restaurant
- Prepare drinks and food
- Assemble dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders
- Communicate with peers and Managers while working as a team

Requirements:

- No previous experience required
- Availability between 6am and 5pm, Monday through Friday
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Trustworthy approach with guests and coworkers
- Ability to remain calm in quick-paced environments
