Serve Winnipeg customers at The Salvation Army Thrift Store while handling cash transactions, sorting donations, and maintaining organized merchandise displays onsite. Support daily retail operations as a permanent part time Store Associate, with weekdays and/or Saturdays scheduled as required.

You will greet customers and donors, process incoming goods, and contribute to store sales targets. The work includes cash handling, product pricing, inventory replenishment, and customer enquiries. You will also follow store policies, health and safety procedures, and donation-processing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and donors courteously throughout store operations
- Complete accurate cash and debit transactions
- Sort, price, hang, pack, and store donations




- Replenish sales-floor inventory and maintain displays
- Monitor store safety, security, cleanliness, and organization

Requirements:

- Some high school coursework completed
- A few months of customer service or goods-processing experience
- Required cash handling and cash register experience
- Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 29 pounds frequently
