Overnight Order Picker associates use attention to detail and organization to gather, pack, label, and stage customer orders at The Home Depot.

This position supports the Service Desk team by prioritizing pick lists and filling orders throughout the store. Associates use the Order Fulfillment Application, handle basic POS sales and returns, and read COM orders or system notes. The work includes customer calls, curbside orders, and delivery preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Obtain and prioritize detailed customer order pick lists
- Gather merchandise efficiently throughout the store
- Pack, label, and stage orders securely
- Load delivery vehicles and deliver curbside orders
- Follow Home Depot’s Greeting, Engaging, and Thanking model

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years retail or distribution experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy, bulky items
- Ability to climb ladders up to sixteen feet
