Cogir Senior Living manages retirement residences offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. This Server position supports dining services for residents and guests. You will provide meal service, maintain dining areas, assist with catering, and participate in training, meetings, and quality improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve meals professionally and courteously to residents and guests
- Set, clear, and maintain dining tables
- Deliver tray service when required
- Assist with dishware and cutlery cleaning
- Support catering and special occasions

Requirements:

- Previous food service or senior care experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and transfer heavy, hot items
- Ability to stand and walk most of each shift
- Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening current within six months
