The Space Planning Specialist creates, analyzes, and delivers visually appealing planograms and merchandising programs. You will guide Category Business Managers, analysts, and cross-functional teams through builds while meeting timelines and standards. The position also supports Store Fit and Optimization through custom planograms and product-level space recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan pre-planning and category merchandising line review kickoff meetings
- Analyze sales, margin, forecast, and space productivity data
- Test, adjust, and quality-check planograms before submission




- Create store execution communications and meeting materials
- Coordinate custom planogram production priorities, timelines, and risks

Requirements:

- Related post-secondary diploma, degree, or business equivalent
- JDA Space Planning, Blue Yonder, or comparable application experience
- Two to five years of retail merchandising experience
- Minimum one year of visual presentation experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
