Support Western Canada operations from Calgary as a Control Centre Operator, using customer service and problem-solving skills overnight. This is a full time position.

GardaWorld is seeking a Control Centre Operator for communication between agents, customers, supervisors, and branches. You will provide after-hours support, manage inquiries and escalations, and maintain ownership of requests through resolution. The position follows a permanent, rotating bi-weekly schedule with 12-hour overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
• Provide after-hours operational support across Western Canada
• Research issues, resolve complaints,
  
  
  
  and deliver solutions
• Action alerts supporting health and safety
• Recommend systems and process improvements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of customer service experience
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
• Minimum typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute
