As a Transport Clerk, you will support logistics administration within OPENLANE’s logistics team. Your work includes entering vehicle information, coordinating transportation, and responding to inquiries. You will also help maintain accurate paperwork, customer accounts, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter vehicle, location, and document data accurately
- Dispatch loads to Vehicle Logistics Centers
- Coordinate vehicle movement and related paperwork
- Respond to customer, driver, and subcontractor inquiries
- Investigate discrepancies and communicate timely updates
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years related office administration or accounting experience
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Comfort using Google Suite and transportation systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
