This Security Professional position oversees a residential site while supporting safety, communication, and client satisfaction. Allied Universal seeks someone experienced in residential concierge security, comfortable patrolling, and willing to work various shifts. Solid written and oral communication, basic computer skills, wireless technology proficiency, and professionalism with protocols are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises through regular patrols of designated areas
- Maintain detailed records of patrols and site irregularities
- Report equipment malfunctions through accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with residents and property management
- Resolve resident complaints and provide additional property support
Requirements:
- Experienced Residential Concierge Security skilled
- Proficiency with basic computers and wireless technology
- Valid Ontario Security License required
- Valid First Aid and CPR required
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and carry 40 pounds
