Welcome holiday shoppers as a Seasonal Client Ambassador at Hillberg & Berk’s Market Mall store in Calgary. Support thoughtful jewellery purchases and smooth service.
This seasonal contract is a client-facing, hands-on retail position during the peak holiday period. You will help clients find pieces, process purchases, replenish merchandise, and maintain the store. Gift wrapping, shipment handling, stockroom accuracy, visual standards, and team support are central to daily work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and help them find jewellery they love
- Receive shipments and replenish the sales floor
- Keep the stockroom accurate and organized
- Wrap and package gifts carefully and efficiently
- Operate POS and maintain visual standards
Requirements:
- One to two years of retail or similar experience
- Comfort standing full shifts and lifting cartons
- Availability evenings, weekends, Black Friday, and Boxing Day
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use a step stool
