Pharma Medica Research Inc. seeks a Project Manager reporting to Project Management leadership. You will manage assigned clinical projects, coordinate divisions, maintain scheduling systems, and support quotations, contracts, and study startup. The work covers Phase I Clinic and Bioanalytical Laboratory projects involving analytical method development, sample analyses, bioequivalence, bioavailability, and ADME studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep PMRI clients informed about clinical trial progress
- Deliver project progress reports and results on time
- Coordinate milestones across PMRI divisions and project teams
- Prepare study quotations, contracts,
and ERB review documents
- Manage assigned projects and client relationships day to day
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree
- Two years' CRO experience, ideally project management or client services
- Knowledge of working in a GCP environment
- Excellent communication, computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Robust attention to deadlines, budgets, detail, and multitasking
