- Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
- Operate dish machines according to manufacturer instructions
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
- Record accurate temperature and sanitation logs
- Complete cleaning assignments and support dining service duties
