Lead CapIntel’s data platform with Node.js expertise and hands-on leadership, shaping reliable services for wealth management products and advisors. As Technical Lead for the Data team, you will guide data engineers while building alongside them. You will own pipelines, workflows, services, and platform health. The work supports financial instrument and client portfolio data for advisors and institutions. You will partner with Product, Architecture, Client Solutions, and Implementation. Key Responsibilities:

Lead data engineers and plan team capacity proactively Own serverless services, pipelines, indexes, and workflow orchestration Advance data contracts, lineage, quality checks, and DataOps Formalize incident response, monitoring, runbooks,



and reviews Contribute code to new systems and high-risk changes Requirements:

Seven-plus years of skilled software engineering experience Four-plus years in data engineering, platforms, or production ETL Two-plus years leading engineers as team lead or tech lead Experience hiring, managing performance, and growing technical leadership Deep, current Node.js experience Bring data engineering, Node.js, platform ownership, and people leadership to CapIntel’s advisor-focused financial data products.
