Larga Baffin seeks a Client Care Supervisor skilled in coaching staff, resolving escalated concerns, and maintaining dependable Front Desk service. Rotational on-call participation is required.

Reporting to the Manager of Client Care, you will help deliver client service standards at a busy medical-care facility. Responsibilities span staff supervision, training, scheduling, security procedures, and communication with partners. The position suits an experienced customer service leader who can manage priorities and pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support performance management and address staff concerns
• Review electronic timesheets for departmental accuracy
• Coach staff on customer service and emergency procedures
• Coordinate with Facilities, Transportation,
  
  
  
  and Food Services
• Support referrals, accommodations, travel documentation, and partner communication

Requirements:

• Five to seven years in customer service
• Three or more years supervising or leading teams
• Hospitality and Tourism or related post-secondary education
• Solid training, mentoring, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification or willingness to learn
