Develop HVAC service skills at Reliance as an Apprentice Level 1, using manufacturer specifications, local codes, and customer communication. This onsite position supports service and installations.

As an HVAC Technician Apprentice Level 1, you will learn within a customer service-oriented team while professionally servicing HVAC equipment and accessories. The work includes ensuring safe new installations, explaining care and maintenance, and building positive customer relationships. You will also learn to communicate, solve problems, and offer company products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service HVAC equipment and accessories professionally
- Follow manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Ensure safe operation of recent installations




- Instruct customers on proper care and maintenance
- Offer company products and services to customers

Requirements:

- Complete Grade 12 or equivalent
- Hold a Gas Technician II license
- Maintain a valid Ozone Depletion Prevention card
- Hold at least a Class G Driver’s License
- Communicate clearly and solve problems effectively
