STRIVE Recruitment is recruiting for a permanent, full-time Maintenance Technician with a nutraceutical manufacturer. This hands-on position supports production teams through preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, changeovers, and performance monitoring. Food manufacturing experience is required, while flexible packaging knowledge is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair production equipment
- Support bag filler and stickpack operations
- Coordinate maintenance with production and warehouse teams
- Identify recurring issues and recommend reliability improvements
- Communicate equipment conditions and repair priorities
Requirements:
- Food manufacturing maintenance experience
- Capsule encapsulation troubleshooting experience required
- Experience with versatile packaging equipment preferred
- Ability to prioritize maintenance tasks clearly
- Millwright licence considered an asset
