Support lipid nanoparticle formulation development at Acuitas Therapeutics in Vancouver through laboratory organization, buffer preparation, and routine analysis.

This Research Technician or Assistant works predominantly in the laboratory under a Research Scientist, Formulation Development. The position supports pilot LNP formulations, formulation workflows, inventory, equipment, and team-oriented analytics. You will help prepare materials for internal programs, external programs, partners, and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean, organized Formulation Development laboratory
- Prepare buffer stocks and check pH and endotoxin
- Run endotoxin analytics on buffers, water drums, and samples
- Support scale-up, mini-TFF processes, and formulation aliquoting
- Perform routine TNS, Ribogreen, and DLS analysis

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science degree
- Zero to two years of laboratory experience
- Excellent bench skills and attention to detail
- Ability to master new techniques quickly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
