Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the technician supports quality management activities within custom plastic and rubber injection molding. The work includes documentation, customer specifications, internal audits, non-conformance processes, and improvement initiatives. This position also supports product validation and calibration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain quality management documents, processes, and work instructions
- Conduct product, process, and system internal audits




- Track quality statistics and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage calibration and support product validation processes

Requirements:

- College diploma or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of plastics or rubber is an asset
- French spoken and written language skills
- English language skills are an asset
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
