As a Construction Safety Officer, you will provide field leadership under the project superintendent’s direction. The position focuses on implementing Ledcor standards, developing safety plans, documenting inspections, and advising project personnel. Experience with high-rise towers and institutional construction is particularly relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify implementation of Ledcor Health, Safety and Environmental standards
- Conduct and document inspections for regulatory and policy compliance
- Identify corrective actions and educate project personnel
- Support incident investigations with staff and contractors




- Organize HS&E; documentation and distribute required copies

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of relevant health and safety experience
- BC Construction Safety Officer or National Construction Safety Officer designation
- OFA Level 3 certification
- Working knowledge of occupational hygiene, ergonomics, confined space, and investigations
- Robust commercial construction practices, techniques, and equipment knowledge
