Lead grocery merchandising teams with planograms and inventory management for Acosta Canada / Mosaic. This part time position includes travel throughout the territory.

As a Grocery Team Lead, you will manage two to five merchandisers while supporting in-store execution. The work includes planogram resets, stock rotation, replenishment, module assembly, and display maintenance. Grocery experience and French communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of two to five merchandisers
- Complete daily reports for merchandising activities
- Execute product layouts using planograms
- Manage inventory, rotate stock, and replenish shelves
- Assemble modules and clean and maintain displays

Requirements:

- Grocery experience and punctuality
- Comfort traveling throughout the assigned territory
- Availability Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access
- French communication skills and ability to lift thirty pounds
