ONroute is hiring Team Members for A&W; at its highway plazas. You will welcome customers, process payments, prepare food and drinks, and manage mobile orders. The work supports a customer-first culture grounded in teamwork, accountability, agility, innovation, integrity, and community partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and greet them positively
- Take orders, answer menu questions, and process payments
- Prepare food and drinks for customer orders
- Manage mobile orders and assemble take-out orders
- Keep surfaces clean and sanitary

Requirements:

- Reliable transportation to highway plazas is required
- Previous restaurant, food service, or retail experience is helpful
- Customer service, cashier, barista, or food preparation experience is helpful
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork and accountability
- Commitment to integrity and customer-first service
