This retail position supports customer shopping experiences across the general merchandise area. Associates assist with product selection, merchandise locations, purchase decisions, and concerns. They also perform zoning, recovery, downstocking, modular execution, and safety procedures while supporting sales floor coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, skilled assistance
- Help locate merchandise and support purchase decisions
- Zone assigned areas and maintain organized sales floors
- Stock merchandise and complete required downstocking

Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift inventory
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
