As Experience Coordinator, you will support clients inside RunAsYouAre’s West 4th Avenue shop. You will manage studio administration, footwear matching, sales support, and relationships. The role connects RunReady and RunAsYouAre teams while supporting programs, events, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Host clients and create welcoming, health-centered studio experiences
- Check appointments in and provide studio tours
- Maintain studio appearance, supplies, housekeeping, and towel service
- Lead footwear matching using product knowledge and RunReady Pro
- Manage scheduling,



billing, inquiries, records, and safety protocols

Requirements:

- Passion for running and sharing running knowledge
- One to two years in customer-facing or sales roles
- Robust organizational and administrative skills
- Comfort promoting services through authentic sales conversations
- Availability Saturdays, Sundays, one to two weekdays, and occasional evenings
