As a Customer Support Specialist, you will help riders navigate MyVeloFit’s AI-powered bike fitting platform. You will answer questions, resolve account inquiries, and explain bike fitting and sizing results. The work includes improving resources and sharing feedback with product and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to rider questions through email and social media
• Guide customers through bike fitting and sizing tools
• Assist with subscriptions, purchases, refunds, and accounts
• Identify recurring questions and platform improvement opportunities
