Lead construction estimating and preconstruction for Valar Atomics, shaping cost plans and practical delivery strategies for complex infrastructure programs. Work across evolving designs with engineering, finance, procurement, and field teams. As Director of Estimating and Preconstruction, you will own estimates from feasibility through detailed design and procurement. Your work establishes credible budgets, cost baselines, assumptions, and scopes. You will also support execution decisions through change evaluations and field-performance feedback. Key Responsibilities:

Lead conceptual, budgetary, and detailed construction estimates Document quantities, assumptions, exclusions, risks, and confidence levels Evaluate constructability, sequencing, logistics, labor,



and execution methods Develop bid packages and compare contractor proposals Establish cost baselines with project controls and finance Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, construction management, engineering, or related field Five-plus years supporting capital construction projects Experience tracking costs, forecasting, cash flow, and variances Solid financial modeling and Microsoft Excel proficiency Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed Apply construction estimating, commercial judgment, and preconstruction leadership to help Valar Atomics scale advanced energy infrastructure.
