Organize product picking and customer orders at The Home Depot using attention to detail and solid organizational skills. Support timely fulfillment across the store.

Order Picker associates obtain pick lists, prioritize orders, and gather merchandise throughout the store. As part of the Service Desk team, you will pack, label, and stage products while handling basic order transactions. The work also includes POS sales and returns, customer calls, and reading COM orders or system notes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Obtain and prioritize detailed pick lists for customer orders
- Gather merchandise using the Order Fulfillment Application
- Pack, label, and place orders in holding areas
- Load delivery vehicles and deliver curbside customer orders
- Follow safety and loss prevention procedures

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years retail or distribution experience is an asset
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customer focus
- Knowledge of reach trucks and order picker machines is an asset
