Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and serve food and beverages
- Explain menu items and accommodate dietary needs
- Record requests and communicate with kitchen staff
- Check guest satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally
- Set, transparent, and reset tables

Requirements:

- Secondary School completion or equivalent education and experience
- Valid Food Safe Certification
- Up to three months related restaurant or food service experience
- Cash handling, basic math, and POS proficiency
- Successful background checks satisfactory to The Salvation Army
