We're offering competitive hourly wages and a new hire signing bonus, payable upon completion of 90 days of employment!Essential Responsibilities:Perform carpentry work, including framing, forming, finishing, and concrete-related tasksRead and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specificationsEnsure all work meets Ledcor's safety, quality, and environmental standardsWork collaboratively with site supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and efficientlyIdentify and report potential safety hazards or construction issuesMaintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work areaSupport other site activities as requiredQualifications:4th Year Carpentry Apprentice or certified Journeyperson CarpenterExperience working on commercial, institutional, industrial, or residential construction projectsStrong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and construction practicesAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safetyMust pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol testValid Fall Protection and First Aid certifications are assetsWork Conditions:Monday to Friday, with potential overtime on weekdays and weekendsWork outdoors in all weather conditions year-roundMust be willing to assist with various site activities as neededCandidates must reside in the Greater Edmonton RegionCompetitive Hourly Wages:4th Year Apprentice Carpenter: $41.28/hourJourneyperson Carpenter:
