Serve guests through front desk service, food and drink delivery, and booking support at Ontario’s striking boutique hotel stays. Evening and weekend work is required.

As a front desk team member, you are the face of the brand and interact with guests throughout each day. You will manage guest communications, bookings, room-service delivery, and lobby shop restocking. The work also includes coordinating cleanings with housekeeping staff and supporting exceptional guest experiences at properties in Calabogie and Collingwood.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve food and drinks to hotel guests
- Manage guest communications and bookings
- Deliver room-service orders throughout the property
- Restock the lobby shop regularly
- Coordinate cleanings with housekeeping staff

Requirements:

- High school education at minimum
- Passion for hospitality and guest interaction
- Comfort using iPhones, iPads, and apps
- Post-secondary tourism training is preferred
- Hands-on hospitality experience is a bonus
