Enhance donor communications and administrative support while executing impactful campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Plan annual giving campaigns and donor acquisition strategiesBuild and steward relationships with annual donorsCoordinate donor communications and recognition effortsMaintain an 18-month calendar for donor engagementsSupport Gala planning, auctions, and fundraising activitiesRequirements:Minimum four years in fundraising or development rolesExperience in planning annual campaigns and donor communicationsProven skills in coordinating fundraising events and activitiesStrong writing and interpersonal skills working with diverse stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office and donor databases, preferably TessituraLeverage your fundraising expertise to enhance donor engagement and support the mission of the Victoria Symphony.
