Support seniors with daily living, hygiene, and compassionate care as a Health Care Aide at Fort Saskatchewan Care Community in Alberta.

Reporting to a Wellness Manager, you will support residents within Sienna’s Long Term Care team. You will build relationships with residents and families while supporting individual care plans, communication, mobility, and well-being. Your work helps residents live fully with comfort, dignity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist residents with daily activities
• Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming needs
• Encourage use of glasses, hearing aids, and mobility devices
• Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual,
  
  
  
  and oral care
• Encourage participation in individual and group programs

Requirements:

• Completed Health Care Aide program from an approved college
• Compassion and dedication to supporting seniors
• Proficiency in easy treatment procedures and bedside care
• Tact and diplomacy with seniors, families, and visitors
• Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and Canadian work eligibility
