Provide direct client care in Long Term Care as a Health Care Aide, using communication, organization, and independent judgment. Day and night shifts are anticipated.

This 0.74 FTE Clinical Support position provides care under established standards, policies, procedures, and team leader direction. Support clients with daily living, personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, documentation, safety, and environmental needs. Help maintain health, dignity, privacy, and independence within individual abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow individualized care plans and report client changes
- Assist with hygiene, elimination, mobility, meals, and feeding
- Record observations, measurements, intake, output, and care
- Apply safety, infection prevention,



and confidentiality practices
- Support admissions, transfers, discharges, and activity participation

Requirements:

- Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized program
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Training
- Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment
- Flexibility, confidentiality, cultural respect, and regular attendance
