As a seasonal team member, you will provide solutions, explain the Voice of Customer survey, and promote Michaels programs. The position also supports Omni channel fulfillment, merchandise recovery, stocking, and Custom Framing selling and production. Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsabilités principales:

- Help customers locate merchandise and identify suitable solutions
- Explain the Voice of Customer survey to shoppers
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization and assigned AD sets




- Support Custom Framing selling and production after cross-training

Exigences:

- Preferred retail or customer service experience
- Interact respectfully and remain positive during difficult situations
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Company policies
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Work nights, weekends, and early mornings as required
