As Senior Account & Production Manager, you will work directly with the founder and manage client-facing projects. Translate objectives into actionable briefs, estimates, schedules, and production plans. Coordinate creative teams, resources, communications, approvals, and final deliverables across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients
- Translate client conversations into creative and production briefs
- Own workflows from initial brief through final delivery
- Coordinate filming, editing, design, revisions, and closeout
- Track budgets, scope changes, risks,
and project profitability
Requirements:
- Two-plus years in account management, production, operations, or project management
- Experience managing projects through production, post-production, and delivery
- Robust client-facing communication and relationship-management skills
- Excellent organization and obsessive attention to detail
- Understanding of video production and post-production workflows
