Welcome holiday shoppers at Hillberg & Berk’s Oshawa Centre store as a Seasonal Client Ambassador supporting hands-on retail service.
This seasonal contract is client-facing and practical, helping clients find jewellery while supporting store operations. You will work with the team on welcoming, POS service, gift packaging, shipment receiving, replenishment, and visual standards. The role suits candidates with retail, hospitality, food service, or similar quick-paced experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and help them find suitable jewellery
- Receive shipments and replenish the sales floor
- Keep the stockroom accurate and organized
- Wrap and package gifts carefully and quickly
- Operate POS while maintaining smooth customer lines
Requirements:
- One to two years of relevant fast-paced experience
- Comfort standing full shifts and lifting cartons
- Ability to use a step stool safely
- Availability evenings, weekends, Black Friday, and Boxing Day
- High School Diploma or equivalent
