This Porter position supports Atria Senior Living communities through dependable environmental and grounds services. The work includes cleaning offices, apartments, common areas, and amenities, maintaining floors and grounds, and handling trash and debris. Porters also respond to basic maintenance requests, report repairs, and identify unsafe conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean offices, apartments, public areas, and community amenities
- Perform carpet, tile, and wood floor care services
- Remove trash and debris from community areas
- Maintain sidewalks, walkways, stairways, exteriors, and gardens




- Complete basic maintenance requests and report needed repairs

Requirements:

- Complete all Atria specified training programs successfully
- Safely use maintenance, landscape, cleaning, and power tools
- Understand English safety instructions for materials and machinery
- Work various schedules and shifts as needed
- Perform basic arithmetic with currency, weight, volume, and distance
